1: How is the packing?

A: We pack our bikes in cardboard boxes.

Carton Size: 145*32*80cm.One bike into per carton

2: What are your terms of payment?

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages Qbefore you pay the balance.

3: Can I get a sample and how long will it take?

A: Yes.  We can supply samples.But the buyer pays for the sample and freight.  within 7days after receiving the payment, we will send it out.

4 . Do you have the products in stock?

A:Yes,Hot selling models are in stock

5 Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A: Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end of the production. Every product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before it's packed for shipment.

6 Q: What's the payment you accept ?

A: As usual our payment is 30%T/T as deposit, and the 70% balance against the copy of B/L.Also. we accept the payment such as L/C ,Escrow Or PayPal

7,What is our warranty for the machines? And how would our warranty work?

 We will provide 1 year of warranty for each of our machines, and if there is some part of the machine which won't work, just send us a small video and we will be able to judge which part is not working and mail you the non-working part for free and lively instruct you to change.

8.How it would be shipped?

Do we support door delivery? And how much time and cost will it take?

 Shipping method depends on your choices. We can support door delivery by air or to airport only to the worldwide by DHL,Fedex or UPS, and also we can do shipment to your sea port as well. The cost is different according to your location and the machine model you choose, you can ask for more courier cost details after deciding which machine to buy. For USA clients, we can do door delivery by air or by sea, by air would take 5 days, while by sea would take 35-40 days to your door.

9,What about the voltage or the electrical plug issues?

  We can make 220/50,220/60,110/60 machines, thus you don’t have to worry about the electricity plug issues in your country. Our main regular markets now have been mainly in US, India, South Africa, Southeastern Asia,Britain,etc. We are looking forward to building long term business relationship with each of our clients worldwide!

10. Can i use my logo/sticker on electric bicycle?

Yes, you need offer you your logo/sticler design, we'll help you print & paint it. Designing service is available.

11  Need I assemble parts of the electric bike when we get them?

 Answer:Yes, we will take out few parts,like pedals(if have),mirrors(if have).And will send one professional tool bag to help you assemble. It’s easy to make it.
